After four years at a retail career at Bloomingdale’s flagship store on 59^th & Lexington, Karen started her Real Estate career in 1993 selling and renting units, eventually managing a small boutique Real Estate Brokerage in Midtown East /Tudor City.

She remained there for 15 years, leaving to join the Sales & Rentals division of Tudor Realty Services Corp. in 2008 where she extended her expertise to the rest of the city until January 2023, when she came aboard First Service Residential. Karen has more than 30 years of experience as a real estate agent in NYC.

Karen is very proud of her long track record of successfully guiding sellers, buyers and renters through transactions, from start to finish, and is especially well versed on navigating the complexities of NYC’s residential co-op and condominium markets.
