On West End Avenue, Ron was born. Being a native of New York, he has experience creating collectibles and home decor. Ron marketed his memorabilia for ten years on a monthly two-hour show on QVC, where he sold them to most major department stores. He had to generate $3,000 each minute, so he learnt a lot about salesmanship. He soon discovered that presenting the product would be more effective. After that, he relocated to HSN, where he sold his ideas for home furnishings after the collectibles sector crashed. After that, he reorganized his company to focus solely on direct import containers for large box retailers like Marshalls Home Goods and Ross shops. He assisted in co-opsitting his building in and developed an interest in real estate.
When he assisted in co-opsitting his building in the early 1970s, he developed an interest in real estate. He served as his coop's president for thirty years. In Tudor City, he presided over the Woodstock as well. After selling his business in 2008, he obtained a real estate license and joined Tudor Realty since he didn't want to stay idle. He was among their top earners in less than a year.
